14 2025 Butler County Fair
Admission Rules & Regulations Camping Fees & Rules

Membership— Must be 21 years or older and

1. Camping fee for the week of the fair is $350.00 Horse Area
1,Horse Area 2 is $400.00, $325.00 for fence along Engineers Of-
fice and $400.00 for the infield.
2. Absolutely no Motorized Vehicles (ATV, RTV, Golf Carts)
Permitted on Fairgrounds.
3. Fee does not include Fair entry. Everyone staying in camp-
er must have and hold a ticket for the week. Tickets must be 4-
day, 7-day, Membership, Jr. Fair, or Jr. Fair Advisor Pass.
Must be Fair Participant.
4. Spaces will be assigned by the following criteria in order
listed:.
1.Families with Jr. Fair Livestock entries
2. Families with other Jr. Fair entries.
3. Families with Open Class Livestock Entries
4. Sr. Fairboard and other essential personnel, with
the infield and fence spaces filling first, then overflow
areas.
5 Camping Applications will be accepted at the Fair Office,
either in person, by Postal Mail or emailed to butlercountyoh-
fair@gmail.com. NO Faxed applications will be accepted.
6. Prior Year Campers must have application and payment
to the Fair Office by the Jr. Fair Entry Deadline. If you do
not secure your space by the deadline, it will be made availa-
ble to others. If size or type of camper is different than previous
year, same location or space cannot be guaranteed.
7. NEW CAMPER APPLICANTS: Your name will be added to
the waiting list based on date & time your application is re-
ceived in the office. Campers spaces will be awarded based on
criteria above, after the prior year campers have been as-
signed, considering size, space, availability and position on
wait list.
8. Campers move in Friday before the start of fair, you
many not move in prior, unless you are Authorized Fair
Personnel.
The above rules will be enforced by a Director of the Butler
County Agricultural Society and/or its authorized agents.
The Society reserves the right to take whatever action
deems appropriate, in its sole discretion , to remedy any
concern in the camping area which shall include, without
limit, the following:
to immediately terminate or cancel the rental arrangement, to
have the applicant or camper removed from the premises to
reject or refuse camper rental privileges to any applicant.
